DAVID AS DESSERT

Now I keep thinking his hands r vry big haha but vry beautiful too. This is in Lisa mag which can buy now in Sg if u r interested, he's on the cover.

The feature is more serious in tone than Sisters & dun venture into his love life. He said his father told him sumthing he always remembered & that is 'not to cook the same dish or write the same kind of song.' They oso did profiling of him by asking him if you are a bird, what kind? His answer = owl. Dessert = Banana Flambe in brandy (I think, sounds exotic), the rest I dun understand (chandelier where r u). The result is David is vry creative & love to have dreams (think we dun need profiling to tell us this heehee)
There's a fair bit abt songwriting & his plans to be a director. Vry nice writeup & should please DT fans unlike Sisters. Oso nice conclusion where the writer said that although David seemed tired, he was patient & polite in the interview. so even though lotsa creative ppl r bad tempered as a rule, David is an exception. I find the pixs really wonderful as altho he dun looked as goodlooking as in Sisters, they reflected a truer image of David.

As nlayhua mentioned in shoutbox, Sprite mv can be seen @ davidcn aredi. I seen it but unable to dl, its really fun & David was cute falling into the water. He looked taotally adorable underwater heehee.

Oso thank u Yen for letting us know that from 05/11 till 06/01 can listen to David Tao music special on 988fm every Wed from 9.00pm. Found a recipe for the dessert that David wanna be so now if u wanna, can taste him as well hehehehehheheheh

Banana Flambe in Brandy
4 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons butter
2 whole peeled and sliced bananas
2 tablespoons banana liqueur
2 tablespoons brandy
2 glasses filled half way with vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
4 tablespoons whipped cream
2 whole strawberries (remove the stem and make a small hole for the cubed sugar)
2 sugar cubes
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it becomes liquid. Add the butter and the sliced banana. Cook for about 6 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and then add the banana liqueur. Continue to cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat once again, then add the brandy. Once you put the pan back in the heat, it should flambe. Remove the pan from the heat and start spooning the flambeed banana into the ice cream glass. Add the chocolate syrup and the whipped cream. On top of the whipped cream, right in the center, place the cleaned strawberry, then place the sugar cube in the center of the strawberry. Pour a little bit of the brandy on top of the sugar and carefully ignite it with a match.
