Enjoy!Yeah just finished watching & quick update b4 logging off. Missed the operning but some opera stuff with girl dressed as Susan & another heroine in Dream of red chambers I think, not sure. Then David appeared looking casual & relaxed in long sleeved shirt & jeans. Then some chat abt the long name of his concert, David Tao Love Can World Tour. David explained the concept but he dun reveal too much except to say that it will be completely diff from Soul Power even to the stage arrangement. As usual, his band members will come from Taiwan, Hongkong, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Shanghai to US.
Davidcn members are around as usual to lend support & it was cute when David said they r practising to hold up banners as he will need them to hold up the lyrics when he forget them during the concert. Then they brought out this humungous cake, I mean its really really really large like a dining table for eight. Even David was surprised. They broadcast birthday song in 3 languages, english, chinese & cantonese. David blew out the candles & wished for success for his concerts as well as love, peace & harmony for the whole world. He told the press that not only can they eat a piece but can also bring one back. He was really funny & cute ^__^
After there was surprise for him & they brought out another huge thing, a golden egg. Then I lost connection here but it seemed he cracked the egg which sry to miss as love to see David cracking a huge golden egg heehee. Anyway it seemed that his tickets for his Shanghai concert is selling extremely well so David was relieved. It supposed to set some kinda record but then I am wary of records in China really dun wanna make the claim for David. Anyway David is not interested in breaking records so long as it sells well & fans have a great time.
Finally I think his record co gave him a bottle of his favorite red wine. When asked the meaning, David said it could be cos he is always so late in releasing albums & holding concerts as he always tried to wait till maturity like wine. But the lady emcee said that the longer the wine the better the quality & David was flattered. Then conference ended with short film of his Soul Power concert. Gotta go now but sure to be lotsa pixs hopefully of the cake & egg, post them later.
